What is the process?
Fill up the onboarding form (individual, entity) and submit it to us. Once the account is approved, you can start trading with us. You can check and lock in the rates with us, send the funds to our designated account and we’ll remit the funds to the recipient.
What personal information are required?
For individuals, we require passport, Australia Driver’s License/Photo Card. We will also require a proof of address document such as Utility bills, bank statements dated in the past 3 months.

What if the payment wasn't received on time?
If you or your beneficiary haven’t received your FlowFX payment within 1–2 business days, please have your transaction receipt ready and reach out to us. We’ll investigate the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
